Finally, the church does little of value anymore. Most of what is passed off as the work of the church is nothing more than activities for busybody Marthas. The church-centric model of activity—things like youth groups, bible classes, multiple worship services, ladies’ classes, and some outreach programs—exist simply to give people something to do. It is busywork.
Broader ICC-criteria [involuntary civil comment statute provisions] were associated with 1.42 less homicides per 100,000. Less access to psychiatric inpatient-beds and more poorly rated mental health systems were associated with increases in the homicide rates of 1.08 and 0.26 per 100,000, respectively.
For reference, the current intentional homicide rate is 4.8 per 100,000.
