You’re supposed to have those qualities though. Sad when it’s extolled, especially when found in a black man. Almost makes me want to like Vick.
Another RG3 article from Chuck. He must of thought RG3 is going to the Cowboys.
If you have to draw a parallel with another black athlete why not Arthur Ashe Jr? His mother died young and his father was a disciplinarian. Ashe attended UCLA on a ROTC scholarship and was a commissioned army officer. Playing tennis is pure cornball but he did marry an attractive black woman.
Arthur Ashe Jr. looks like a black Woody Allen, the athletic version.
As a Cowboy fan I’m not looking forward to watching him beat their asses for the next 12-15 years or so.
He seems like a good guy though. I just wish he played in a different division.
I still don’t get the black community’s reaction to him. This is the QB they’ve been waiting for. As of this writing, he has the second highest passer rating on the ESPN stats. He’s only behind Green Bay’s Aaron Rogers. That’s completely insane for a player in his rookie season.
As CH said, you’d think they’d be parading him around like a golden calf, but they seem determined to believe he’s not one of them.
I’ll never understand blacks.
@ Confused-Im black and I like RG3 ,but I don’t pay attention to the NFL in general.
